Pray First - Day 15

This passage from Leviticus was an instruction to the priests of God who were in charge of the sacrifice. They were to keep the fire going every day forever. They had to put wood on it every day. They had to clear the ashes off the pile every day.

If we want to remain passionate for God throughout the year then we need to do the same thing. We need to put fire on our altar so that the fire never goes out. We need to remove the debris of sin and fear and doubt busyness that would threaten to quench the fire. 

Today, let's pray for God to reignite our spiritual fire and for Him to help us continue to feed it daily.
